ABOUT THE EVENT

  • We are back in NY to host our signature men's retreat. We limit the attendance of each retreat to fifteen men in an effort to maximize connection and individualized support.

    MEN’S INTEGRITY WEEKEND was designed for men who want to transform their...

    1. Emotional intelligence - understanding of self
    2. Personal integrity - alignment with self
    3.Relational leadership - ability to connect with and lead people.

    All attendees will learn how to practice "Social flow," a communication framework that helps us to build connection with emotional awareness and radical honesty.

    The junto is a 100% confidential, supportive space to help us unpack the experiences, relationships and beliefs that have made us who we are as men.

  • Over the weekend we will celebrate life, uncover some of the hidden parts of ourselves and discover the true strength of holding nothing back.

    We will step deeper into experiencing and expressing the real, unfiltered version of ourselves with confidence. You'll help others to do the same.

    Most importantly, we will walk away with practical tools that we can use to connect with our emotions, communicate clearly and build meaningful relationships on purpose.

    After the event, you will be invited to join the junto men’s community for ongoing resource sharing, conversations and meetups in your area.
