JUNTO LEVEL 2 - relational Leadership

October 16-18, 2026

WHAT IS RELATIONAL LEADERSHIP?

  • Relationships are the foundation of the success and fulfillment we all want. This experience was designed for men who are ready to invest in them seriously.

Over three immersive days, you'll develop a new, embodied way of communicating that builds trust, deepens connection, earns respect, and produces results without unnecessary drama, anxiety, and conflict.

You will embrace radical responsibility, navigate difficult conversations, communicate needs with clarity, and create deeper intimacy in every area of life.

Level 2 is a deep dive into the essential communication techniques and relational practices that help us to "be ourselves" and lead authentically in the world.

(To participate, you must have completed the Junto Level 1 Weekend or an equivalent level of emotional / relational growth work.)

This Might be for you if you are:

  • You want to master the skills of objective, nonviolent communication

You want to stop complaining and take full responsibility for the quality of your relationships

You want to learn how to navigate conflict consciously and constructively

You want to put any lingering social anxiety, inhibition, or holding back to rest for good

You want to walk into any room, any conversation, and feel fully at ease and present

You want to join an ambitious, growth minded group of men who are committed to doing the work

You know that your relationships are the foundation of the success and fulfillment you seek, and you're ready to invest in them seriously

What will you LEARN?

Level 2 is designed to help you embody the six core principles of Relational Leadership. These are not concepts to understand intellectually. They are practical skills that transform how you communicate, navigate conflict, build trust, and lead.

Through experiential exercises, direct coaching, and meaningful discourse, you'll develop the relational capacity to lead with greater authenticity, communicate with clarity, take radical responsibility, and create deeper, more fulfilling relationships in every area of your life.

This is an immersive opportunity to move beyond insight and into lasting behavioral change.

Authenticity

Practice sharing what is true, not what is comfortable. Build the courage to express yourself honestly, communicate with integrity, and create relationships rooted in trust rather than performance.

Intentionality

Learn to become the thermostat, not the thermometer. Clarify how you want to show up, what you want to create, and align your actions with your values rather than reacting to circumstances.

Radical Responsibility

Take ownership of your experience, your emotions, and the impact you have on others. Move beyond blame, defensiveness, and victimhood so you can respond to life with greater freedom and power.

Introspection

Develop the self-awareness to recognize the patterns, beliefs, and emotional habits shaping your life. Greater awareness creates greater choice—and greater possibility.

Presence

Cultivate the ability to be fully here. In a world full of distraction, presence allows you to listen more deeply, connect more meaningfully, and lead with intention.

Curiosity

Replace judgment with understanding. Learn how genuine curiosity unlocks connection, dissolves conflict, and creates the conditions for growth, learning, and trust.
